What this website stores

Altsoft processes information you choose to send through enquiry forms, including your name, contact details, area of interest and message. We use it to respond to your request and manage the conversation.

Necessary storage

Necessary storage supports security, forms, administrator sessions and your saved privacy choice. These features cannot be switched off through the preference manager because the website cannot operate securely without them.

Analytics

If you allow analytics, Altsoft may record page views, the referring website, device category and privacy-safe visitor identifiers. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the Altsoft analytics table. Google Analytics runs only when it is enabled by an administrator and you grant analytics consent.

Marketing and optional services

Marketing tools and other optional third-party scripts run only when configured and when you grant the matching consent category. Their providers may process data under their own privacy terms.

Retention and control

Altsoft first-party analytics are retained for the period selected in Site Settings. You can reopen Privacy choices from the footer at any time to change your selection. Enquiry information is retained only as long as it remains useful for the business relationship, legal obligations or legitimate record keeping.
